Solar Twilight - Enceladus

While Europa is most often considered to be the center of humanity's survival in the solar system, Enceladus can be seen as it's heart. It is here, on this small icy moon of Saturn, where life was first discovered in the form of bacteria in the liquid layer underneath the frozen surface. Research stations were quickly established on the moon and it became the very center of xenobacterial research and experimentation.
