The Great Decline (Coming Soon)

FINALLY IT'S OFFICIAL

I'm starting work on a new book that will be an introduction to the universe of The Great Decline. The artworks I've posted here over the past year were early concepts for this universe and I'm so excited to finally start working on a full book about this. My goal is to make a buch of stuff like comic books, animations, music, maybe novels and more.

The events will take place in our solar system 200 000 years in the future. The sun has grown into a red giant much faster than anticipated and has now engulfed the planets of the inner solar system. A fractured humanity tries to survive within the remaining colonies established in the outer reaches of the solar system. Over time, every colony evolves and adapts to their homeworld's unique environment, giving birth to drastic changes between inhabitants of different colonies. This leads to multiple human species coexisting in a fragile alliance created in order to find a way to escape the solar system before the sun explodes in a supernova.

This is a very very rough draft for the initial setup for the universe. I will obviously expand more on different aspects of this narrative.
