Solar Twilight - Europa

Another important stellar body from my distant future AU I'm working on.

With the sun becoming significantly bigger and hotter, Jupiter and his moon became much warmer, being located in the sun's new goldilock zone. This melted the icy crust of Jupiter's fourth moon, Europa, revealing a massive water ocean with only a few remaining islands above water. With earth becoming inhabitable, what was left of it's population moved to the now colonized Europa, becoming the center of human influnence in the solar system. The inhabitatns of Europa have to produce all goods from within the walls of their cities because of heavy radiation from Jupiter, and the moon's silicate composition which makes for a very dry soil that is impossible to fertilize.

I still gotta flesh out a lot of details about this AU, but it's slowly coming together! I can't wait to share more
